Welcome to my London site. I've lived in London since coming up here for University mid-90s. Am I a Londoner? Not born, but perhaps adopted since, yes. Do I enjoy escaping the capital? Certainly. Do I miss it when I'm away? Absolutely! I think you know you're a Londoner when you touch down at Heathrow to light drizzle and it makes you smile. Here are a few more similar tests.

Anyway, although I am not by any means an authority on the capital, I do consider myself fairly well-versed in its quirks, and am pleased that friends and colleagues frequently call on me for advice. I've collected some of what I know here and hope it's useful.
